History of DNR

|
Have you tried converting a billiard table to an office table? Conduct an impromptu crew briefing at the rooftop of a building? interview applicants inside a crowded and noisy environment? These are but a few odd experience undergone by Engr. Nilfil Peralta with Mosh Maxilom prior to the establishment of DNR offshore. In 2006 when Engr. Peralta decided to leave the post as Crewing Manager and stay behind the country to establish a business, he only have but a few captive clients who shared his determination to open up the market of manpower supply to the offshore oil and gas industry. Given the scarcity of funds to start a company, Engr. Peralta initially relied on credible and licensed land based and sea based agency as country representative if only not to lose the clients. Although as a courtesy, these agencies provide them a small space in their offices for their representation, these were too cramped for conducting interviews more so technical briefing prior to deployment.
